PRICING & DESCRIPTIONS

The prices seen on this website are current and correct. Product prices do not include postage costs. Product prices and shipping costs include Value Added Tax (VAT). The total price you will be charged will be displayed on your screen before you confirm the order. This will be shown in Pounds Sterling and this is the total price you will pay.

We have tried to ensure that the descriptions on this website are correct, and comply with consumer protection from unfair trading regulations 2008. However, should any customer think that there is any misrepresentation whatsoever, they should advise us so that the matter can be considered and, if necessary, amended on the website. 

PRINT COLOURS
Whilst we try to ensure our colours remain the same with every print, please be aware that the ink colour may change very slightly due to the Direct to Garment (DTG) printing process used.

 

ORDERING IN THE UK & EEC COUNTRIES

VAT must be added to the goods and to the postage at the current UK rate. Once your order is placed and accepted the contract is governed by English Law.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made via the Paypal online payment system which includes all major credit cards and is 100% secure.

Purchases will be made in pounds sterling. For overseas orders the exchange rates are determined by the banks or credit card providers which may make an additional processing charge for which you will be liable. You may have to pay import duty or other customs fees on entry to your country.

DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch items within 4 days of receipt of order. This is dependent on stock availability. Where dispatch will be longer than 4 days, the customer will be notified accordingly. 

Items are dispatched via Royal Mail, first class or standard international. Overseas orders can therefore take up to 7-21 days. We will not be liable for any delay in delivery. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

We always check the goods for quality before dispatch. Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase we will exchange the item, less postage and packaging, providing that you return the goods to us within 10 days of receiving your order.

 

For items found to be faulty, a full refund, replacement or exchange will be given. The replacement or exchange will be sent to you free of postage and packaging. We reserve the right to inspect the goods before such refund, replacement or exchange can be given and to refuse it if the goods have been damaged by misuse. 

 

Refunds can be made only to the original purchaser. 

 

Goods damaged in transit will be replaced and sent to you free of postage and packaging charge. However, we must be notified within 48 hours from the time you have received your goods. If we cannot provide the replacement, a full refund will be given. Evidence of the damage will be requested ahead of any replacement being issued.

 

Our goods are guaranteed against manufacturing faults but not misuse. Items that have been altered in any way, damaged by misuse or show signs of wear, cannot be accepted for return, credit or exchange. Incomplete returns will be returned to the sender.


The refund, exchange or replacement can only be given once we receive the goods back from you. We recommend that you send your returns insured using Recorded or Special Delivery Service. Our guarantee is in addition to your Statutory Consumer Rights.

CANCELLATIONS

This paragraph applies to goods that have not been used and ordered by a private customer other than a business. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a statutory right to cancel your order, apart from non stock items ordered specifically for you or personalised for you, made to measure for you or containers of liquids, CDs and DVDs which you have unsealed. Under the Regulations you may cancel your order up to seven working days after the day on which you receive the goods. You must advise us of the cancellation by letter, fax or e-mail giving your name and address, account number and order reference number; you will then receive a full refund within 30 days. We ask that the goods are returned to us within 14 days of receipt, the packaging may be opened but the goods should not be used and must be in resalable condition. All returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of the sales invoice. We do not refund your cost of returning the goods to us unless they are incorrect or faulty or as otherwise specified by the Distance Selling Regulations.

All materials, including images, illustrations, designs, site layout, photographs, written and other text or script that are part of this site together with all software compilations, underlying source code and software in the site are protected by copyright, trade mark, design right and/or other worldwide intellectual property rights and are owned or controlled by or licensed to RetroClassic Clothing. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it, in part or in whole, other than for your own lawful, personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the prior permission of RetroClassic Clothing. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, publicly perform, distribute, display, modify, adapt, bundle, alter, create derivative works of the site, sell or participate in any sale of or exploit in any way, any of the contents, the site, or any related software in whole or in part without our express prior written permission.

IMAGES AND DESIGNS

All images and designs are subject to copyright and used in conjunction with kind permission of the photographer, model or supplier. Anybody wishing to use an image from this website must apply in writing to: sales@retroclassicclothing.comor by using our online contact form.

Any unauthorised use of images is strictly forbidden and will be dealt with accordingly.
