Hawker Hurricane Fighter Plane Mens T-Shirt
RetroClassic™ Mens Crew Neck T-shirt of a World War II Hawker Hurricane Fighter Aircraft
This RetroClassic™ design is of one of the "Famous Four" of the most important allied fighter aircraft of World War II. The "Famous Four" include the Supermarine Spitfire, the North-American P-51 Mustang, the Curtiss P-40 Kittyhawk and surely, the unsung hero of the Battle of Britain, the legendary Hawker Hurricane, that came to be known as the 'Hurri-bomber', which this design is of. The Hawker Hurricane was designed by Sir Sydney Camm, the Hurricane first flew in 1935. It was used during the Battle of France, Operation Dynamo and the Battle of Britain where it became known as the 'workhorse' of the Royal Air Force (RAF).
