This RetroClassic„ T-shirt is the very best quality featuring a printed gritty graphic representation of the famous Morgan TOK258, that drove to victory in 1962, in the two-litre class at the ™24 heures du Mans™, driven by Christopher Lawrence and co-driver Richard Shepperd-Baron. The Morgan is designed for one purpose alone, to make driving fun, by The Morgan Motor Company Ltd located down the road from where RetroClassic Clothing Started.
This Morgan also made motorsport history by winning the Freddy Dixon Trophy in 1959, with 19 wins out of 23 rounds, and in the same year secured the two-litre lap record at Silverstone and led the two-litre class during the Goodwood TT. Following the car™s Le Mans success it went on to secure a class win in the 1963 Grand Prix due Spa three-hour GT race, a class win at the Nurburgring and another finish in the Goodwood TT. In 1965 the car won the Freddy Dixon Trophy for a second time.
