Innocent but erotic, cheesy as all hell and yet still oozing sex appeal, shop our pin-up model tee range here. A pin-up model (known as a pin-up girl for a female and less commonly male pin-up for a male) is a model whose mass-produced pictures see wide appeal as popular culture. Pin-ups are intended for informal display or for advertising motor vehicles, i.e. meant to be "pinned-up" on a wall, so we have put our own twist on it and pinned them as tee art. We have had the privilege to work with Pin-up models from glamour models, fashion models, or actors and some very talented and pin-up photographers. Although pin-up modelling or cheesecake photography (American slang word, that was considered a publicly acceptable term for seminude women) is associated with World War II and the 1950s, it has developed more recently into a subculture which can be seen represented in the styles of our t-shirt designs.
